Charter Flights definition

Charter Flights means revenue passenger flights using the Aircraft (other than Scheduled Flights); provided, however, that the operational arrangements and the compensation to be received by Pinnacle in respect of such Charter Flights are subject to the same procedures and remuneration as a Scheduled Flight hereunder, unless otherwise mutually agreed by Delta and Pinnacle. To the extent that inflight catering (food and beverage) exceeds that normally provided for on a Scheduled Flight, the incremental cost and coordination of the catering will be the sole responsibility of Delta.
Charter Flights means any flight by a Covered Aircraft for charter operations at the direction of United that may or may not be reflected in the Final Monthly Schedule.

Charter Flights means uniquely scheduled revenue passenger flights with a customized schedule between charter client-requested airports using the Aircraft (other than Scheduled Flights); provided, however, that the operational arrangements and the compensation to be received by SkyWest in respect of such Charter Flights are subject to the same procedures and remuneration as a Scheduled Flight hereunder, unless otherwise mutually agreed by Midwest and SkyWest. To the extent that inflight catering (food and beverage) exceeds that normally provided for on a Scheduled Flight, the incremental cost and coordination of the catering will be the sole responsibility of Midwest and/or the charter client.
Charter Flights means any flight by a Covered Aircraft for charter operations at the direction of Continental that is not reflected in the Final Monthly Schedule. Classic Q400 Aircraft - means the original manufactured version of the Bombardier Dash 8 Series 400, or DHC-8-400 aircraft. Commencement Date - is defined in Section 8.01.
