Examples of Charitable purpose in a sentence
Charitable Purpose Activities under this Agreement will not be used for the purpose of profit.
The Charity acknowledges and agrees that (a) the use of the Marks for an Authorized Use will benefit the Charity by furthering the Charitable Purpose; and (b) the sufficiency of the consideration to the Charity is not contingent upon any financial or other type of donation from the Licensee to the Charity.
For avoidance of doubt, and subject to the limitations herein, the Parties expressly agree and acknowledge that Licensee’s use of the Marks under the License is permitted if Licensee reasonably believes such use is (a) an Authorized Use; (b) consistent with the quality associated with the Charity; and (c) not contrary to the Charitable Purpose.
The Parties agree and acknowledge that the purpose of this Agreement is to further the Charitable Purpose and litigating any dispute arising under this Agreement would be contrary to that Charitable Purpose.
Licensee shall be permitted to use the Marks for any Authorized Use without the Charity’s prior consent, provided the Marks are used in a manner that Licensee reasonably believes (a) is consistent with the quality associated with the Charity, including the quality of any Beverage and any other marketing, advertising, or promotional material or product (a “Promotional Item”); and (b) that such use is not contrary to the Charitable Purpose.
