Charged Day definition

Charged Day means the unit of measurement of time for Site Occupancy. For purposes of assessing Charged Days, a Charged Day will be equivalent to a Working Day as defined in C1.1(jj) and amended in D16.

Examples of Charged Day in a sentence

  • If the number of Charged Days exceeds the Final Span, a deduction equal to the Contract Unit Price per Charged Day multiplied by the difference between the actual number of Charged Days and the Final Span will be made from the payment to the Contractor.

  • Where the Site Occupancy Price for a section (if applicable) does not equal the product of the Bid Charged Days and the Charged Day Rate for that section, the Owner will consider the Bid Charged Days to be correct and will adjust the Site Occupancy Price and all other Prices affected by the error.

  • If the number of Charged Days is less than the Final Span, a payment equal to the Contract Unit Price per Charged Day multiplied by the difference between the Final Span and the actual number of Charged Days, to a maximum amount of two percent (2%) of the Total Bid Price, will be made to the Contractor.

Related to Charged Day

  • Charged Assets means the assets from time to time subject, or expressed to be subject, to the Charges or any part of those assets.

  • Charged-Off Receivable means a Receivable: (i) as to which the Obligor thereof has taken any action, or suffered any event to occur, of the type described in Section 9.1(d) (as if references to Seller Party therein refer to such Obligor); (ii) as to which the Obligor thereof, if a natural person, is deceased, (iii) which, consistent with the Credit and Collection Policy, would be written off Seller’s books as uncollectible, or (iv) which has been identified by Seller as uncollectible.

  • Charged Property means all of the assets of the Obligors which from time to time are, or are expressed to be, the subject of the Transaction Security.

  • appointed day means the date on which the provisions of this Act shall come into force;

  • Charged-Off Loan means any Loan (i) that is 120 days past due with respect to any interest or principal payment, (ii) for which an Insolvency Event has occurred with respect to the related Obligor or (iii) that is or should be written off as uncollectible by the Servicer in accordance with the Credit and Collection Policy.

  • Valid Day means a Business Day.

  • Compounded Daily XXXXX means the rate of return of a daily compound interest investment (with the daily Sterling Overnight Index Average as the Reference Rate for the calculation of interest) and will be calculated by the Principal Paying Agent (or such other party responsible for the calculation of the Rate of Interest, as specified in the applicable Final Terms Document) on the Interest Determination Date, as follows, and the resulting percentage will be rounded if necessary to the fourth decimal place, with 0.00005 being rounded upwards: where:

  • Reference Day means each Business Day in the relevant Interest Period, other than any Business Day in the Lock-out Period;

  • the appointed day means the day on which section 30A of the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006 comes into force;

  • Fixed Day Count Fraction means, in respect of the calculation of an amount of interest in accordance with this Condition 4(a):

  • Compounded Daily SONIA means with respect to an Interest Accrual Period, the rate of return of a daily compound interest investment during the Observation Period corresponding to such Interest Accrual Period (with the daily Sterling overnight reference rate as reference rate for the calculation of interest) and will be calculated by the Calculation Agent (or such other party responsible for the calculation of the Rate of Interest, as specified in the Final Terms or Pricing Supplement) on the relevant Interest Determination Date, as follows, and the resulting percentage will be rounded, if necessary, to the fifth decimal place, with 0.000005 being rounded upwards: Where:

  • fixed date means the date fixed in terms of section 1(2) as the date of commencement of this Act;

  • Reference Year shall have the meaning given it in the Summary.

  • Enlarged Group means the CareTech Group as enlarged by the Cambian Group following Completion

  • Valid Date means a Scheduled Trading Day that is not a Disrupted Day and on which another Averaging Date in respect of the relevant Valuation Date does not or is not deemed to occur.

  • Compounded Daily €STR means, with respect to any Interest Period, the rate of return of a daily compound interest investment (with the daily euro short-term rate as reference rate for the calculation of interest) as calculated by the Calculation Agent as at the relevant Interest Determination Date in accordance with the following formula (and the resulting percentage will be rounded if necessary to the nearest fifth decimal place, with 0.000005 being rounded upwards):

  • Compounded Daily SOFR means, in relation to a Floating Rate Interest Period, the rate of return of a daily compound interest investment (with SOFR as reference rate for the calculation of interest) during the related Observation Period and will be calculated by the Calculation Agent on the related Interest Determination Date as follows: Where:

  • Excluded Day shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.3.1(b).

  • Specified Date means any Redemption Date, any Payment Date for an Offer to Purchase or any date on which the Notes first become due and payable after an Event of Default.

  • Payment Day means a day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which commercial banks and foreign exchange markets are open for business (including dealings in foreign exchange and foreign exchange currency deposits) in the principal financial centre for the Settlement Currency or if the Settlement Currency is euro, any day on which the Trans-European Automated Real-time Gross settlement Express Transfer (TARGET) System is open;

  • Bill Due Date means thirty (30) calendar days from the bill date.

  • Reference method means any direct test method of sampling and analyzing for an air pollutant as specified in 40 CFR 60, Appendix A*.

  • Settlement Day means, in relation to a date, (i) with respect to a transfer of cash or other property (other than securities), the next Local Business Day and (ii) with respect to a transfer of securities, the first Local Business Day after such date on which settlement of a trade in the relevant securities, if effected on such date, would have been settled in accordance with customary practice when settling through the clearance system agreed between the parties for delivery of such securities or, otherwise, on the market in which such securities are principally traded (or, in either case, if there is no such customary practice, on the first Local Business Day after such date on which it is reasonably practicable to deliver such securities).
