Charge Transaction Data definition

Charge Transaction Data means Account and related Cardholder and/or authorized user identification and transaction information transmitted by Retailer to Bank with regard to a charge or a credit to an Account.

Charge Transaction Data means the transaction information (including, without limitation, any electronic information) required to authorize, process and settle each purchase of Goods and/or Services charged to an Account and each return of Goods and/or Services or other adjustment for credit to an Account.

Charge Transaction Data means Account/Cardholder identification and transaction information with regard to each Purchase by a Cardholder on credit and each return of a Purchase for credit to the Account/Cardholder, which data will be transmitted by Retailers to Bank in accordance with the applicable Operating Procedures. "COMMERCIAL PAPER RATE" has the meaning given to it in Section 6.03(c) hereof. "COMMITMENT PERIOD" means the period commencing on the Program Commencement Date and ending on the termination or expiration date established pursuant to Section 11.01 or 11.02 hereof.

• Schedule 6.01(c) sets forth additional security requirements applicable to Costco to the extent Costco, or any of its Affiliates or Subcontractors, stores, or has in its possession or control, any Cardholder Data or Costco Charge Transaction Data and any additional security requirements applicable to Bank.

Charge Transaction Data means the transaction information required to authorize, process and settle each purchase of Nordstrom Goods and/or Services charged to an Account and each return of such Nordstrom Goods and/or Services or other adjustment for credit to an Account.

Charge Transaction Data means the transaction information with regard to each purchase of Kohl’s Goods and/or Services by a PLCC Cardholder on credit and each return of Kohl’s Goods and/or Services or other adjustment for credit in the form of electronic information.
