Charge Card Account definition

Charge Card Account means your Charge Card Account as designated and maintained by the Bank in relation to the credit provided under or in connection with this Agreement. Charge Card Account includes the account to which any credit transaction or charge by you may be posted.
Charge Card Account means the account established by the Account Holder with the Bank in respect of Charge Card Transactions.
Charge Card Account means an Account established pursuant to a Charge Card Agreement.

Examples of Charge Card Account in a sentence

  • Direct debits will be credited to Your Charge Card Account on the same day We receive them if a Business Day, and if not a Business Day or received after any applicable cut off time on the Business Day, the next Business Day.

  • A Charge Card Account established by the General Services Administration.

  • You will also be liable for all losses arising from Card Transactions on Your Charge Card Account if we can show that You have intentionally breached or been grossly negligent in relation to, Your obligations set out in clauses 1.5 and 1.6.

  • A failure to make full payment by the Payment Date will result in additional charges being applied to Your Charge Card Account in accordance with clause 5 below, and as set out in our Card Tariff.

  • You will be liable for all unauthorised Card Transactions on Your Charge Card Account, if we can show that You (or any Cardholder, who uses a Card with Your authority) have acted fraudulently.

  • When a Cardholder withdraws cash on their Card, We will debit the amount that You have withdrawn (and any additional charges which may apply) from Your Charge Card Account.

  • By applying for a Cardholder to receive a Card linked to Your Charge Card Account, You authorise each Cardholder to use the Card and to authorise Card Transactions on Your behalf.

  • If we need to contact you because of suspected fraud or because of security concerns relating to a Charge Card Account, we will usually do this by telephoning you, but we may use other secure methods of communication if we cannot reach you by telephone.

  • Where a Charge Card and Charge Card Account is not managed from our registered office, the address and contact details of any other relevant office will be provided to you separately at the start of our relationship with you.

  • If a Charge Card is cancelled or suspended you must still ensure that the balance in your Charge Card Account is paid in accordance with term 13.

Related to Charge Card Account

  • Card Account means the account maintained with the Bank in respect of the Card;

  • Credit Card Account means the Account of the Cardmember opened with Maybank for the purpose of this Agreement;

  • Collections Account has the meaning given to such term in Section 3.01(a) hereof.

  • Related Account means an Account with respect to which a new account number has been issued by the applicable Account Owner or the Servicer (a)(i) resulting from a lost or stolen credit or charge card relating to such Account (if such Account is a credit or charge card account) or (ii) under circumstances not requiring the standard application and credit evaluation procedures under the Credit Guidelines applicable to such Account, and (b) that can be traced or identified by reference to or by way of Schedule 1 to this Agreement and the computer or other records of the applicable Account Owner or the Servicer.

  • Finance Charge Account is defined in Section 4.9(a).

  • Concentration Account has the meaning provided in Section 6.13(c).

  • Concentration Accounts has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex C.

  • Online Account means the Bank account from which you will be conducting transactions using a Service;

  • Client Account means the unique personalized account of the Client consisting of all Completed Transactions, Open Positions and Orders on the Platform, the Balance of the Client money and deposit/withdrawal transactions of the Client money. It is understood that the Company may use the term Trading Account or Account on its Website or communications, which shall mean your Client Account.

  • Billing Account is the checking account from which all Service fees will be automatically debited.

  • Collection Accounts As defined in Section 3.10(a).

  • Credit Card Receivables means each “payment intangible” (as defined in the UCC) together with all income, payments and proceeds thereof, owed by a Credit Card Issuer or Credit Card Processor to a Loan Party resulting from charges by a customer of a Loan Party on credit or debit cards issued by such Credit Card Issuer in connection with the sale of goods by a Loan Party, or services performed by a Loan Party, in each case in the ordinary course of its business.

  • Linked Account means any controlled disbursement account or other deposit account at any time linked to any of the Collection Accounts maintained at Truist Financial Corp. by a zero balance account connection or other automated funding mechanism.

  • User Account means an account under the name of the Customer in relation to the Service subscribed by the Customer.

  • Designated Accounts as used in any security agreement means both the Designated Accounts hereunder and the “Designated Accounts” in the comparable agreement entered into with respect to any other Pledgor.

  • Note Account As defined in the Indenture.

  • New Account means each charge account established pursuant to an Account Agreement between FSB and any Person, which account is designated pursuant to Subsection 2.03(a) to be included as an Account and identified on an Account Schedule delivered pursuant to Sections 2.01 and 2.03.

  • Interest Collection Account A Securities Account created and maintained on the books and records of the Securities Intermediary entitled “Interest Collection Account” in the name of the Borrower and subject to the prior Lien of the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.

  • Segregated Account means a client bank account as defined by and held in accordance with the Applicable Regulations.

  • In-Service Account means a separate account to be kept for each Participant that has elected to take in-service distributions as described in Section 5.4. The In-Service Account shall be adjusted in the same manner and at the same time as the Deferred Compensation Account under Section 8 and in accordance with the rules and elections in effect under Section 8.

  • Merchant Account means an account used to submit credit card or debit card transactions or process credit card or debit card transactions.

  • JetBrains Account or “JBA” means an account at xxxxx://xxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx created by Customer, having a unique name and password, and through which Customer has access to Products in accordance with a Toolbox Subscription.

  • Cardholder Account is the account of a Cardholder as represented by a Card.

  • Approved Deposit Account means a Deposit Account maintained by any Loan Party that is the subject of an effective Deposit Account Control Agreement. “Approved Deposit Account” includes all monies on deposit in a Deposit Account and all certificates and instruments, if any, representing or evidencing such Deposit Account.

  • Eligible Credit Card Receivables means at the time of any determination thereof, each Credit Card Receivable that satisfies the following criteria at the time of creation and continues to meet the same at the time of such determination: such Credit Card Receivable (i) has been earned by performance and represents the bona fide amounts due to a Borrower from a credit card payment processor and/or credit card issuer, and in each case originated in the ordinary course of business of such Borrower, and (ii) is not ineligible for inclusion in the calculation of the Borrowing Base pursuant to any of clauses (a) through (k) below. Without limiting the foregoing, to qualify as an Eligible Credit Card Receivable, an Account shall indicate no Person other than a Borrower as payee or remittance party. In determining the amount to be so included, the face amount of an Account shall be reduced by, without duplication, to the extent not reflected in such face amount, (i) the amount of all accrued and actual discounts, claims, credits or credits pending, promotional program allowances, price adjustments, finance charges or other allowances (including any amount that a Borrower may be obligated to rebate to a customer, a credit card payment processor, or credit card issuer pursuant to the terms of any agreement or understanding (written or oral)) and (ii) the aggregate amount of all cash received in respect of such Account but not yet applied by the Loan Parties to reduce the amount of such Credit Card Receivable. Any Credit Card Receivables meeting the foregoing criteria shall be deemed Eligible Credit Card Receivables but only as long as such Credit Card Receivable is not included within any of the following categories, in which case such Credit Card Receivable shall not constitute an Eligible Credit Card Receivable:
