Charge Area definition

Charge Area means an area to which a Charge is imposed and as more fully described in a petition for road maintenance and/or improvement submitted pursuant to this Bylaw;
Charge Area means an area to which a charge is imposed, physically defined in a petition or a request submitted pursuant to this By-law;
Charge Area means an area which has been designated by Council, or in the case of Halifax Water by the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board, by amendment to this by-law, in which infrastructure charges are to be levied.

  • Special Trunk Sewer Service Charge Area - The trunk sewer service charge attributable to the Highland Woods Office Campus as described in Exhibit I shall be assessed at the minimum trunk sewer service charge for all other uses.

More Definitions of Charge Area

Charge Area means an area which has been designated by Council, or in the case of Halifax Water by the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board, (RC-Jun 21/16;E-Jul 30/16) by amendment to this by-law in which infrastructure charges are to be levied.

  • RUNNING CHARGE PER KILOMETER means the rates payable against each KM run. and shall be deemed to include all the expenditures of the Transport Supplier viz., cost of fuel, tyre/tube, battery & consumables like lubricants etc. and other maintenance expenditures including accessories involved including GST element as applicable towards movement of the vehicle(s)/equipment.
