Channel Application definition

Channel Application means one or more software programs developed by Developer to provide end users of the Player access to Content provided by Developer.
Channel Application means one or more software programs developed by You pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement (including bug fixes, updates, upgrades, modifications, enhancements, supplements, revisions, new releases and new versions of such software programs) to provide end users of the Player access to Content provided by You, which software program(s) meets and complies with all of the Documentation and Program Requirements.
Channel Application means the software program developed by Developer using Marmalade developer tools for the Roku Platform to provide End Users the ability to download and play Developer’s Marmalade game via their Players, which Channel Application shall be known and branded as “[insert channel name]”.

  • You may not resubmit or re-enable under the same or a different Authorized Developer name a Channel Application that has been taken down by Xxxx.

  • Provider Platform Application means an application or a set of related functionality deployed on a Platform Cloud Service, created by Provider using the Tools to run on or with the Platform Cloud Service for access by End Users.
