Change Order Log definition

Change Order Log means a written, updated summary prepared by the CM tracking the status of all of the Design-Builder’s Contract Change Requests (CCRs), Construction Change Directives (CCDs) and Change Orders. The Change Order Log shall also include similar information for potential Change Orders of which CM may then be aware. This Change Order Log shall be included as part of CM’s Monthly Report to the Authority.

Examples of Change Order Log in a sentence

  • Once a CM is identified, INC Research will log the out-of-scope activities in a Change Order Log and obtain written acknowledgement from the Sponsor confirming the scope of the possible CM.

Related to Change Order Log

  • Change Order means a written instrument signed by Owner and Contractor stating their agreement upon all of the following: (1) a change in the Work; (2) the amount of the adjustment in the Contract Sum, if any, and (3) the extent of the adjustment in the Contract Time, if any.

  • Change Orders mean changes or modifications to any Construction Contract or any other contract with labor or material suppliers.

  • Purchase Order (PO) means a written offer made by a purchaser to a supplier formally stating the terms and conditions of a proposed transaction.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Construction Schedule means a construction schedule indicating the planned start and completion dates of the major activities of the Work as set out in Appendix [ ], a future Appendix;

  • Contract Schedule means a schedule to this Contract;

  • Work Order means an individually negotiated document that is executed by both Parties and which authorizes a Project, if any, in an indefinite quantity Contract.

  • Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.

  • Completion Schedule means the fulfilment of the Related Services by the Supplier in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Contract;

  • Implementation Schedule means the Implementation Schedule in Section VII of the tendering documents.

  • Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;

  • The Work Order means the order placed by the Purchaser on the Supplier signed by the Purchaser including all attachments and appendices thereto and all documents incorporated by reference therein. The Work order shall be deemed as "Contract" appearing in the document.

  • Original contract price means the award price of the contract; or, for requirements contracts, the price payable for the estimated total quantity; or, for indefinite-quantity contracts, the price payable for the specified minimum quantity. Original contract price does not include the price of any options, except those options exercised at the time of contract award.

  • Schedule of Work means that schedule attached to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement setting forth the timing of work to be performed by the Constructing Entity pursuant to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, based upon the Facilities Study and subject to modification, as required, in accordance with Transmission Provider’s scope change process for interconnection projects set forth in the PJM Manuals.
