Change in Operations definition

Change in Operations means a change in the business operating strategies of the Company (e.g. material cost controls or other material restrictions on the Company's ability to increase its gross revenues) which are imposed upon the Executive without his consent, and, in his reasonable judgement, are fundamentally different from the business operating strategies in effect at the Company on the Effective Date; provided, however, any expansion of the Company's business into other media businesses, including, without limitation, radio stations in small- or medium-sized markets, television, outdoor advertising, and international media opportunities, shall not constitute a Change in Operations. Any dispute as to whether a Change of Operations has occurred shall be resolved pursuant to Section 14.
Change in Operations means any change in the ownership, food types, or operational procedures that have the potential to change the amount of FOG discharged by FSEs in an amount that alone or collectively causes or creates a potential for SSOs to occur.

Change in Operations means any alteration in operations which would require or encourage the relocation of residents.
