Change in employment status means, for an individual holding an unexpired video lottery employee license:

Examples of Change in employment status in a sentence

  • Change in employment status to temporary part-time, or to a position not covered in this policy.

  • Change in employment status, including any employment status change affecting benefit eligibility of the Employee, spouse or Dependent, such as termination or commencement of employment, change in hours, strike or lockout, a commencement or return from an unpaid leave of absence, and a change in work site.

  • Changes that are to be reported include but are not limited to: o Family member under the age of 19 dropped from health insurance plan or dropping health insurance plan completely;o Change in health insurance plan or health plan coverage;o Change in employer resulting in change in health insurance plan;o Change in employer contribution to the health plan premium cost;o Change in employment status (lay off/termination, short-term disability); ando Address changes.

  • Qualifying events may include:- Marital status change, such as marriage or divorce- Establishment or dissolution of a domestic partnership (there is a six month waiting period for initial enrollment)- Birth or adoption of a child, or guardianship of a child by court ordered judgment- Change in employment status (i.e. temporary to regular position)If a qualifying event is experienced, the required documentation must be submitted within 31 days from the date of the event in order to make changes to the plan.

  • The ordinary income generated by these services represents less than 10% of the Group's total ordinary income.

  • Change in employment status such as termination and/or administrative leave.

  • Involuntary Termination of Employment means the Termination of Service by the Company or Subsidiary other than a termination for Cause, or termination of employment by a Participant Employee for Good Reason.

  • Termination After Change in Control means either of the following events occurring within twelve (12) months after a Change in Control:

  • Termination of Employment means that the Executive ceases to be employed by the Company for any reason, voluntary or involuntary, other than by reason of a leave of absence approved by the Company.

  • Involuntary Termination means a termination of your employment with the Company pursuant to either (i) a termination initiated by the Company without Cause, or (ii) your resignation for Good Reason, and provided in either case such termination constitutes a Separation from Service. An Involuntary Termination does not include any other termination of your employment, including a termination due to your death or disability.

  • Constructive Termination means:

  • Good Reason Termination means a termination of employment or service initiated by the Participant upon or after a Change of Control upon one or more of the following events:

  • Severance from Employment means severance from employment with the Employer and any Related Entity. However, a Severance from Employment also occurs on any date on which an Employee ceases to be an employee of a public school, even though the Employee may continue to be employed by a Related Employer that is another unit of the State or local government that is not a public school or in a capacity that is not employment with a public school (e.g., ceasing to be an employee performing services for a public school but continuing to work for the same State or local government employer).

  • Nonqualifying Termination means a termination of the Executive’s employment (1) by the Company for Cause, (2) by the Executive for any reason other than a Good Reason, (3) as a result of the Executive’s death or (4) by the Company due to the Executive’s absence from his duties with the Company on a full-time basis for at least 180 consecutive days as a result of the Executive’s incapacity due to physical or mental illness.

  • Involuntary Termination Without Cause means Executive’s dismissal or discharge by the Company other than for Cause. The termination of Executive’s employment as a result of Executive’s death or disability will not be deemed to be an Involuntary Termination Without Cause.

  • Constructive Termination Without Cause means the termination of the Executive’s employment at his initiative after, without the Executive’s prior written consent, one or more of the following events:

  • Disability Termination means the termination of a Participant’s employment under the disability provisions of the Participant’s Employment Agreement or, if the Participant is not a party to an Employment Agreement, then as a result of a “Disability” as defined in the Plan.

  • Change in Control Termination means that while this Agreement is in effect:

  • Active Employment means you must be actively at work for the Sponsor:

  • Voluntary Termination means the termination by Executive of Executive's employment following a Change in Control which is not the result of any of clauses (i) through (v) set forth in the definition of Involuntary Termination above.

  • Voluntary Termination for Good Reason means that the Executive voluntarily terminates his employment after any of the following are undertaken without Executive’s express written consent:

  • Severance from Service Date means the earlier of:

  • Change in Control Period means the period beginning three (3) months prior to a Change in Control and ending twelve (12) months following a Change in Control.

  • Gainful employment means paid employment for not less than 30 hours in each week for a period of not less than 12 months;

  • Child with a disability means a child who, by reason of any of the following, needs special education and related services:

  • Ceased employment means anyone who has exited the organisation for whatever reason, including resignations, redundancies and dismissals.

  • Disability retirement for plan 1 members, means the period

  • Termination of Consultancy means: (a) that the Consultant is no longer acting as a consultant to the Company or an Affiliate; or (b) when an entity which is retaining a Participant as a Consultant ceases to be an Affiliate unless the Participant otherwise is, or thereupon becomes, a Consultant to the Company or another Affiliate at the time the entity ceases to be an Affiliate. In the event that a Consultant becomes an Eligible Employee or a Non-Employee Director upon the termination of such Consultant’s consultancy, unless otherwise determined by the Committee, in its sole discretion, no Termination of Consultancy shall be deemed to occur until such time as such Consultant is no longer a Consultant, an Eligible Employee or a Non-Employee Director. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Committee may otherwise define Termination of Consultancy in the Award Agreement or, if no rights of a Participant are reduced, may otherwise define Termination of Consultancy thereafter, provided that any such change to the definition of the term “Termination of Consultancy” does not subject the applicable Award to Section 409A of the Code.

  • Termination for Just Cause means termination because of Executive’s personal dishonesty, incompetence, willful misconduct, breach of fiduciary duty involving personal profit, intentional failure to perform stated duties, willful violation of any law, rule or regulation (other than traffic violations or similar offenses) or final cease-and-desist order, or material breach of any provision of this Agreement.

  • Employment Termination means the effective date of: (i) Executive’s voluntary termination of employment with the Company with Good Reason, or (ii) the termination of Executive’s employment by the Company without Good Cause.

  • Affected employee means an employee who would be affected by the grant or denial of a variance, or any one of the employee’s authorized representatives, such as the collective bargaining agent.

  • Effective Termination Date has the meaning set forth in Section 10(b) hereof.
