Change in Control Severance Period definition

Change in Control Severance Period means the period of twelve (12) months commencing on the Termination Date.
Change in Control Severance Period means the period of eighteen (18) months commencing on the Termination Date.
Change in Control Severance Period means the period commencing ninety (90) days prior to the execution of any definitive purchase and sale, merger or other acquisition agreement resulting in a Change in Control through the first anniversary following the closing of such Change in Control, or, in the case of any other type of Change in Control, the period of one (1) year beginning on the date of the occurrence of such Change in Control through the first anniversary thereof.

  • In consideration of Executive’s execution and non-revocation of the Release by the Release Deadline Date in a form provided by the Company and in accordance with Article 4, the Company shall pay Executive a severance payment equal to (a) the sum of Executive’s Monthly Base Salary and Pro-Rata Bonus multiplied by (b) the number of months in the Change in Control Severance Period, less applicable withholdings.

Change in Control Severance Period has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.2.
Change in Control Severance Period means the period of twelve (12) months commencing on the Termination Date. The severance payment shall be payable (except as set forth in Article 5) in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll procedure commencing on the first regularly-scheduled payroll date occurring on or after the Release Deadline Date.
