The adjustment to the Consideration for a change carried out by way of a Change Directive shall be determined on the basis of the actual direct cost of expenditures and savings to perform the Services attributable to the change.
Construction Change Directive" shall mean a written order to Contractor, issued after execution of the Contract, signed by the District Representative and/or Architect and Contractor, authorizing a change in the Work and potentially a Change Order.
For the purpose of valuing Change Directives, Purchaser shall be afforded reasonable access to all of Contractor’s pertinent documents related to the cost of performing the Services attributable to the Change Directive.
