Chain of custody definition

Chain of custody means procedures implemented by the Baldwin County Commission for the identification and integrity of each urine specimen. The Baldwin County Commission requires the person responsible for policy implementation to track the handling and storage of each urine specimen from the point of specimen collection to final disposition of the specimen. These procedures include an appropriate drug testing chain of custody form to be used from time of collection to receipt by the testing laboratory.
