Certified IDR entity definition

Certified IDR entity means an entity responsible for conducting determinations under 26 CFR 54.9816-8T(c), 29 CFR 2590.716-8(c), and 45 CFR 149.510(c) that meets the certification criteria specified in 26 CFR 54.9816-8T(e), 29 CFR 2590.716-8(e), and 45 CFR 149.510(e) and that has been certified by the Departments.
Certified IDR entity means an entity responsible for conducting determinations under the No Surprises Act and that has been properly certified by the Department of Health and Human Services, the Department of Labor, and the Department of the Treasury.
