Pursuant to Executive Order 524, any contract with a potential financial benefit of $150,000 or more requires a bidder to complete applicable sections of Attachment G, Supplier Diversity Program (SDP) Form and include the required attachments (Also, include a copy of the SOMWBA Certification letter for each SOMWBA Certified business) for consideration in the scoring of their submission for any contracting opportunity with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
