Certified Amount definition

Certified Amount means, with respect to a Payment Obligation, the Outstanding Amount of such Payment Obligation on the Certified Amount Fixed Date.

  • Specified Amount of a Component Currency shall mean the number of units of such Component Currency or fractions thereof which were represented in the relevant currency unit on the Conversion Date.
