Certification Documentation definition

Certification Documentation means documentation made available to Partner that outlines the requirements to successfully complete Certification. Certification Documentation may be updated from time to time by Avalara in its sole discretion, and Partner may be required to fulfill additional requirements in order to retain such Certification.
Certification Documentation means that certain Part of the RFP, completed and executed by the Proponent, to which this Appendix 1 is appended.
Certification Documentation means Certification documents, technical specifications, circulars, notifications or any other instruction/ communication issued by NBBL in relation to the Certification, from time to time, including any information security requirements.

Related to Certification Documentation

  • Acquisition Documentation collectively, the Acquisition Agreement and all schedules, exhibits and annexes thereto and all side letters and agreements affecting the terms thereof or entered into in connection therewith.
