Certificates of Designation definition

Certificates of Designation means the Series A Certificate of Designation, the Series B Certificate of Designation, the Series C Certificate of Designation, the Series D Certificate of Designation and the Series E Certificate of Designation.

Certificates of Designation means, collectively, the Series H Certificate of Designation, the Series I Certificate of Designation and the Series J Certificate of Designation.

Certificates of Designation means the Series A-1 Certificate of Designation and/or the Series A-3/A-4 Certificate of Designation.

Examples of Certificates of Designation in a sentence

• The Certificates of Designation for the Securities have been duly filed with the Secretary of State of the State of Missouri.

More Definitions of Certificates of Designation

Certificates of Designation shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.2.

Certificates of Designation means collectively the Certificates of Designation of the Company in respect of each class of Preferred Stock, substantially in the forms of Exhibits B-1 through B-6 hereto.
