Whenever the Servicer files an Adjustment Request with the PUCO, the Servicer shall send a copy of such filing to the Bond Issuer, the Bond Trustee, the Certificate Trustee and the Rating Agencies concurrently therewith.
The Servicer shall deliver to the Bond Issuer, the Bond Trustee, the Certificate Trustee, the Certificate Issuer, the Rating Agencies, and the PUCO, promptly after having obtained knowledge thereof, but in no event later than five Servicer Business Days thereafter, written notice in an Officer’s Certificate of any event which with the giving of notice or lapse of time, or both, would become a Servicer Default under Section 7.01(a) or (b).
The Servicer shall provide to the Bondholders, the Bond Trustee and the Certificate Trustee access to the Phase-In-Recovery Property Records in such cases where the Bondholders, the Bond Trustee and the Certificate Trustee shall be required by applicable law to be provided access to such records.

The foregoing shall not adversely affect the right of the Certificate Trustee to receive payment of such amounts from amounts on deposit in the Collection Account (as defined in the related Note Indenture) in the priorities described in Section 8.02 of the related Note Indenture.
