Certificate Swap Agreement. The interest rate Certificate Swap Agreement, dated as of May 31, 2007, between HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as trustee, as trustee on behalf of the Supplemental Interest Trust, and the Certificate Swap Provider, together with any schedules, confirmations or other agreements relating thereto. A copy of the Certificate Swap Agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit P. Certificate Swap Credit Support Annex: The credit support annex to the Certificate Swap Agreement dated as of May 31, 2007, between the Trustee, not in its individual capacity, but solely as Trustee for the Supplemental Interest Trust, and the Certificate Swap Provider.
