Certificate re Non-Bank Status means a certificate substantially in the form of Exhibit F.

Certificate re Non-Bank Status means a certificate substantially in the form of Exhibit XI annexed hereto delivered by a Lender to Administrative Agent pursuant to subsection 2.7B(iii).
