Certificate Principal definition

Certificate Principal means principal payable in respect of the Investor Certificates of any Series pursuant to Article IV of this Agreement.

• As to the Certificates of a Trust, the rights of Holders to vote, give notice or consent, or otherwise take action under this Trust Agreement, as determined on the basis of Holders’ respective Certificate Principal Balances, but excluding those Certificates that are required to be excluded pursuant to Section 14.1.

• On each Distribution Date, distributions in reduction of the Certificate Principal Balances of the Trust Fund Certificates shall be made in an amount equal to the Principal Distribution Amount and shall be distributed in the amounts and in the priorities described below.
