Certificate Payment definition

Certificate Payment means the payments to be made to the Owners of the Certificates, whether representing Interest Portion only or Principal Portion and Interest Portion of Basic Rent under the Lease.
Certificate Payment means a payment to be made to the Owners of the Certificates, representing all or a portion of the Basic Rent paid under the Lease.

Related to Certificate Payment

  • Certificate Payment Account means the account established and maintained as such pursuant to Section 4.1(c).

  • Certificate Paying Agent means any paying agent or co-paying agent appointed pursuant to Section 3.10 and shall initially be Wilmington Trust Company.

  • Certificate Distribution Account has the meaning assigned to such term in the Trust Agreement.

  • Certificate Distribution Amount means, as of any Payment Date, the amount being distributed to the Trust Certificateholders on such Payment Date.

  • Class B-5 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit B-5 and Exhibit C hereto. Class B-5 Certificateholder: The registered holder of a Class B-5 Certificate.

  • Class B-1 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit B-1 and Exhibit C hereto. Class B-1 Certificateholder: The registered holder of a Class B-1 Certificate.

  • Class B-6 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit B-6 and Exhibit C hereto. Class B-6 Certificateholder: The registered holder of a Class B-6 Certificate.

  • Class C Certificate Any one of the Certificates with a “Class C” designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of “regular interests” in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • REMIC III Certificate Any Regular Certificate or Class R Certificate.

  • Class R-2 Certificate Any Certificate designated a “Class R-2 Certificate” on the face thereof, in the form set forth in Exhibit A-5 hereto, evidencing the Residual Interest in REMIC II and representing the right to the Percentage Interest of distributions provided for the Class R-2 Certificates as set forth herein.
