On each Payment Date, to the extent Definitive Certificates have been issued, the Certificate Paying Agent shall withdraw from the Certificate Distribution Account and distribute to the Certificateholders, pro rata based on the Percentage Interest of each Certificateholder, all funds received in accordance with the provisions of the Indenture and this Agreement.
Following the payment in full of principal of, and interest on, the Notes and receipt of written notification from the Servicer, the Certificate Paying Agent shall assume the role of Relevant Trustee and shall perform the express obligations of the Relevant Trustee under the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
