Certificate of the Authority definition

Certificate of the Authority means an instrument in writing signed by any of the following officials of the Authority: Chair, Vice-Chair, Executive Director, Assistant Executive Director or Deputy Executive Director or a designee of any such officer, or by any other person (whether or not an officer of the Authority) who is specifically authorized by resolution of the Authority for that purpose.
Certificate of the Authority means an instrument in writing signed by the Secretary or Treasurer of the Authority, or by any other person (whether or not an officer of the Authority) who is specifically authorized by resolution of the Authority for that purpose.
Certificate of the Authority means a certificate in writing signed by an Authorized Officer of the Authority.
