Certificate of Payment definition

Certificate of Payment means the certificate referred to as such in Clause 5.26.3 [Certificate of Payment].
Certificate of Payment means the Certificate of Payment, which may be delivered by the Company from time to time, evidencing the irrevocable right to receive definitive share certificates representing the Shares delivered by or on behalf of the Company in connection with an offering of Shares by the Company and registered in the name of the Depositary. The Company shall instruct the Depositary in writing whenever such an offering occurs, the Shares of which may be evidenced by Certificates of Payment.
Certificate of Payment means a certification to be prepared by CM verifying the actual amount owed to the Design-Builder in connection with the Design- Builder’s monthly requests for payments. The document shall be submitted to the Authority simultaneously with CM’s Progress Payment Report.
