Certificate of Motor Insurance definition

Certificate of Motor Insurance means the document given to you, in accordance with Clause 5.1 of this Agreement, in respect of the Vehicle which proves that the insurance cover is in force as required by road traffic laws;
Certificate of Motor Insurance means the document that contains details of you, any named riders and your motorcycle(s) which must be read in conjunction with this RAC Breakdown Cover;
Certificate of Motor Insurance means the evidence in writing of the existence of motor insurance as required by law which is provided to the Insured in connection with this Policy and which forms part of this Policy.

  • Anyone who is covered to drive by the terms of the Certificate of Motor Insurance must hold or have held a licence to drive that vehicle.They must meet the conditions and any limits of that licence, and must not have been disqualified from holding it.

  • DefinitionsThis Policy, the Schedule and the Certificate of Motor Insurance and any subsequent Endorsements should be read as if they are one document.

  • If the cover is motor insurance, the premium cannot be refunded until the Allianz Certificate of Motor Insurance and Insurance Disc have been returned to Allianz.

  • Used for purposes other than those in the Limitations as to use section of the Certificate of Motor Insurance.
