Certificate of Designation definition

Certificate of Designation means the Certificate of Designation to be filed prior to the Closing by the Company with the Secretary of State of Delaware, in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto.
Certificate of Designation means this Certificate of Designation relating to the Series S Preferred Stock, as it may be amended from time to time.
