Regulation 24 of the Regulations sets out the statutory requirements for information to accompany a Certificate of Authorisation application.
An application for a Certificate of Authorisation must be submitted on the appropriate form (available from the Agency website – http://www.epa.ie/whatwedo/licensing/wwda/) with the correct fee, and should contain relevant supporting documentation as attachments.
The Application Form must be completed in accordance with the instructions and guidance provided in the Waste Water Discharge Certificate of Authorisation Application Guidance Note.
