Certificate of Authentication and Registration definition

Certificate of Authentication and Registration means the Certificate of Authentication and Registration on the Series 2021 Bonds, in substantially the form set forth in EXHIBIT A - BOND FORM hereto.
Certificate of Authentication and Registration means the Certificate of Authentication and Registration on the Bonds, substantially in the form set forth herein.
