Certificate Guaranty Insurance Policy means any certificate or financial guaranty insurance policy identified in the Trust Agreement.

Certificate Guaranty Insurance Policy. The Financial Guaranty Insurance Policy, Policy No. 07030010, issued by the Certificate Insurer in respect of the Class A Certificates, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit V. Certificateholder or Holder: The Person in whose name a Certificate is registered in the Certificate Register, except that neither a Disqualified Organization nor a Non-United States Person shall be a holder of a Class R Certificate for any purpose hereof.
