CERC Manual definition

CERC Manual means the manual referred to in Section I.F.1(a) of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as such manual may be updated from time to time with the agreement of the Bank, and which is an integral part of the Project Operations Manual.
CERC Manual means the manual referred to in Section I.E of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as such manual may be updated from time to time with the agreement of the Association, and which is an integral part of the Operational Manual.
CERC Manual means the Immediate Response Mechanism Manual to be prepared by the Recipient under Part 4 of the Project.

CERC Manual means the immediate response mechanism operations manuals referred to in Section I.F.1(a) of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, acceptable to the Association, to be adopted by the Recipient for the implementation of the CER Component, in accordance with the provision of said Section, as the same may be updated from time to time with the prior written concurrence of the Association.
