CEQA definition

CEQA refers to the California Environmental Quality Act, Cal. Pub. Res. Code § 21000 et seq.
CEQA means the California Environmental Quality Act, as set forth at California Public Resources Code, Division 13, commencing at Section 21000 and the CEQA Guidelines as set forth in Title 14 of the California Code of Regulations commencing at Section 15000.
