CEO Direct Reports definition

CEO Direct Reports means Executive Officers of the Company who are direct reports to the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer.
CEO Direct Reports shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 6.2.1;
CEO Direct Reports means an individual (other than an Other Executive Officer) who reports directly to Garrett’s Chief Executive Officer (and whose participation in the Plan has been approved by the Committee).

  • The MRC Committee also reviews and recommends to the Board the base salaries (and any changes thereto) of the President and CEO and employees of the Company and its subsidiaries at the level of senior vice-president and above who report directly to the President and CEO (the CEO Direct Reports).

  • The MRC Committee also reviews the execution of 2011 Management Information Circular H5 the Company’s compensation and benefit plans and reviews and recommends to the Board the appointment, reassignment and terms of employment and termination of the President and CEO and the CEO Direct Reports.

  • The Board is encouraged with this achievement and, with CEO Direct Reports, is committed to continuing to promote an inclusive workplace and encouraging policies designed to achieve greater female participation in the Group’s workforce.The proportion of women on the board, in senior executive positions and across the whole workforce of the DRA Group (as at 31 December 2021) is detailed below.

  • The GHRC Committee then makes its recommendations to the Board with respect to the annual cash bonus and equity compensation grant as the variable elements of total compensation to be paid to the Chief Executive Officer and CEO Direct Reports, including, as applicable, the Named Executive Officers, for the fiscal year just completed and to set salaries for the current year.

Related to CEO Direct Reports

  • Project Report means a summary statement of the likely environmental effects of a proposed development referred to in section 58;

  • SOS Reports means the official reports from the Secretaries of State of each Collateral State, the state where Borrower’s chief executive office is located, the state of Borrower’s formation and other applicable federal, state or local government offices identifying all current security interests filed in the Collateral and Liens of record as of the date of such report.

  • Progress Reports The Progress Reports as required by the individual Task Work Orders issued pursuant to this Agreement. Responsible: Responsible or Responsibility means the financial ability, legal capacity, integrity and past performance of Contractor and as such terms have been interpreted relative to public procurements. See NYS Finance Law § 163(1)(c).

  • Monthly Reports shall have the meaning specified in Section 5.16(b) of the Indenture.

  • Acoustic Assessment Report means the report, prepared in accordance with Publication NPC-233 and Appendix A of the Basic Comprehensive User Guide,by HGC Engineering and dated August 22, 2008 submitted in support of the application, that documents all sources of noise emissions and Noise Control Measures present at the Facility and includes all up-dated Acoustic Assessment Reports as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate to demonstrate continued compliance with the Performance Limits following the implementation of any Modification.

  • Pick Up Report means the report detailing the number of sleeping rooms per day actually used out of the Program’s room block.

  • GLJ Report means the independent engineering reserves evaluation of certain oil, NGL and natural gas interests of the Company prepared by GLJ dated February 11, 2022 and effective December 31, 2021.

  • Project Management Report means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;

  • Progress Report means the report similar in form and content to that attached hereto as Appendix III.

  • Educational records means: those official records, files, and data directly related to a student and maintained by the school or local education agency, including but not limited to records encompassing all the material kept in the student's cumulative folder such as general identifying data, records of attendance and of academic work completed, records of achievement and results of evaluative tests, health data, disciplinary status, test protocols, and individualized education programs.

  • Discharge Monitoring Report or "DMR" means the EPA uniform national form, including any subsequent additions, revisions, or modifications, for the reporting of self-monitoring results by permittees.

  • Company’s Reports means (i) the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2019, as filed with the SEC, including the audited financial statements contained therein and the information from the Company’s definitive proxy statement for its 2020 annual meeting of shareholders incorporated by reference into the Form 10-K; and (ii) the Company’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2020, as filed with the SEC, including the unaudited financial statements contained therein.

  • Interactive computer service means any information service, system, or ac- cess software provider that provides or enables computer access by multiple users to a computer server, including specifically a service or system that provides access to the Internet and such systems operated or services of- fered by libraries or educational insti- tutions.

  • Distribution Report The meaning specified in Section 10.7(b).

  • Parent Reports has the meaning set forth in Section 4.5(a).

  • Information Package means the most recent compilation of financial and other data with respect to the Failed Bank, including any amendments or supplements thereto, provided to the Assuming Institution by the Corporation on the web site used by the Corporation to market the Failed Bank to potential acquirers.

  • CAFRA Planning Map means the map used by the Department to identify the location of Coastal Planning Areas, CAFRA centers, CAFRA cores, and CAFRA nodes. The CAFRA Planning Map is available on the Department's Geographic Information System (GIS).

  • Required Reports Collectively, the Monthly Report, the Servicer’s Certificate required pursuant to Section 6.10(c), the financial statements of the Servicer required pursuant to Section 6.10(d), the annual statements as to compliance required pursuant to Section 6.11, and the annual independent public accountant’s report required pursuant to Section 6.12.

  • Peer-reviewed medical literature means a published scientific study in a journal or other publication in which original manuscripts have been published only after having been critically reviewed for scientific accuracy, validity and reliability by unbiased independent experts, and that has been determined by the international committee of medical journal editors to have met the uniform requirements for manuscripts submitted to biomedical journals. Peer-reviewed medical literature does not include publications or supplements to publications that are sponsored to a significant extent by a pharmaceutical manufacturing company or health carrier.

  • Green Tag Reporting Rights means the right of a purchaser of renewable energy to report ownership of accumulated “green tags” in compliance with and to the extent permitted by applicable Law and include, without limitation, rights under Section 1605(b) of the Energy Policy Act of 1992, and any present or future federal, state or local certification program or emissions trading program, including pursuant to the WREGIS Operating Rules.

  • Detailed Project Report or ‘‘DPR’’ means the detailed project report relating to Station Development Project and Redevelopment Project attached hereto;

  • Company Reports has the meaning set forth in Section 3.08(a).
