CENTURYLINK OSS INFORMATION. 57.1 Subject to the provisions of this Agreement and Applicable Law, CLEC shall have a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use CenturyLink OSS Information during the term of this Agreement, for CLEC’s internal use for the provision of Telecommunications Services to CLEC End Users in the State.
CENTURYLINK OSS INFORMATION. 51.1 Subject to the provisions of this Agreement and Applicable Law, Carrier shall have a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use CenturyLink OSS Information during the term of this Agreement, for Carrier’s internal use for the provision of CMRS Services to Carrier End Users in the State.
CENTURYLINK OSS INFORMATION. 8.1 Subject to the provisions of this Agreement and Applicable Law, QuantumShift shall have a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use CenturyLink OSS Information during the term of this Agreement, for QuantumShift’s internal use for the provision of Telecommunications Services to QuantumShift End User Customers in the State.
CENTURYLINK OSS INFORMATION. 8.1 Subject to the provisions of this Agreement and Applicable Law, MetTel shall have a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use CenturyLink OSS Information during the term of this Agreement, for MetTel’s internal use for the provision of Telecommunications Services to MetTel End User Customers in the State.
CENTURYLINK OSS INFORMATION. 57.1 Subject to the provisions of this Agreement and Applicable Law, Spectrotel shall have a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use CenturyLink OSS Information during the term of this Agreement, for Spectrotel’s internal use for the provision of Telecommunications Services to Spectrotel End Users in the State.
CENTURYLINK OSS INFORMATION. The term “CenturyLink OSS Information” includes, but is not limited to: (a) any Customer Information related to a VCom customer accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, VCom through or as a part of CenturyLink OSS Services or CenturyLink Pre-OSS Services; (b) any VCom Usage Information (as defined in Section 2.8 below); and (c) any VCom Billing Information (as defined in Section 2.9 below) accessed by, or disclosed or provided to, VCom .
