Centre for Adult Education definition

Centre for Adult Education means the adult education institution known as the Centre for Adult Education established under Part 3.3;
Centre for Adult Education means the adult education institution known as the Centre for Adult Education established under section 45; S. 3 def. of "Commis-sion" inserted by No. 97/2000 s. 41(Sch. 2 item 2.2).

  • If the Training Provider is: a TAFE Institute or a Dual Sector University as defined in the Act; a Learn Local Organisation; or the Centre for Adult Education or XXXX (each as defined in the Act); the Training Provider must apply a fee waiver/exemption for an Eligible Individual, if it sights and retains a validly endorsed referral form from either the Department of Health and Human Services, the Department, the Department of Justice and Regulation, or a referring agency.

  • If the Training Provider is: a TAFE Institute or a Dual Sector University as defined in the Act; a Learn Local Organisation; or the Centre for Adult Education or XXXX (each as defined in the Act); The Training Provider must grant an Eligible Individual enrolled in training under the Back to Work Scheme a fee concession in accordance with Clause 4.7 of this Schedule 1 and the Guidelines about Fees.

  • As mentioned above, the State Centre for Adult Education, operating under the Ministry of Labour, has branches in the country’s various districts and cities.

The amount of direct medical education costs is determined from the hospital base-year cost reports and is inflated in determining the direct medical education rate.

  • Qualifying Educational Program means a program at a post-secondary school level of not less than three consecutive weeks duration that requires each student taking the program to spend not less than 10 hours per week on courses or work in that program.
