Centralized Services definition

Centralized Services shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.11.
Centralized Services means those services described on Schedule IV attached hereto, which reflects those Centralized Services provided by the Manager and which may be amended from time to time in writing by the Owner and Manager or as set forth in an approved Annual Plan.
Centralized Services means the Centralized Accounting Services and any and each of the purchasing services, other group benefits and services, revenue management services, on-site sales training, associate satisfaction surveys, Operator’s national training program and other training, as are made available generally to similar properties managed by Operator.

More Definitions of Centralized Services

Centralized Services shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 12.1.
Centralized Services means those central supporting and administrative services and facilities provided to occu- pying agencies in Federal buildings or nearby locations in lieu of each agency providing the same services or facili- ties for its own use. This includes those common administrative services pro- vided by a Cooperative Administrative Support Unit (CASU). It does not in- clude such common building features as cafeterias, blind stands, loading platforms, auditoriums, incinerators, or similar facilities. Excluded are interagency fleet management centers established pursuant to Public Law 766, 83d Congress, and covered by part 101– 39 of this chapter.
Centralized Services has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.
Centralized Services means Corporate Accounting Services, Human Resource Services, Box Office Services, Computer Systems Support, and Corporate Programming Services.
Centralized Services means Sheraton Group accounting services and training services (including the Sheraton Account Management Effectiveness Program), employee benefit programs, centralized bulk purchasing, joint marketing services (including cluster advertising), joint sales offices, Sheraton Guest Satisfaction System, Sheraton Club International Program, Sheraton executive staff recruitment and training programs and other services as are and will be made available generally to managed hotels in the same general geographical location and appealing to the same market in the Sheraton hotel system in the Sheraton Asia-Pacific Division.
Centralized Services means the services and group benefits from time to time made available for a fee to all or certain distinct groups of Sheraton properties, as described in Section 7.6.
Centralized Services shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.20. Commencement Date shall mean January 1, 1998.
