Central Standard Time definition

Central Standard Time or “CST” means Central Standard Time throughout the year, not adjusted for Central Daylight Time.
Central Standard Time means, at any time, time in the central time zone in the United States at such time, whether daylight savings time or standard time.
Central Standard Time or “CST” means the local time in Houston, Texas. “CRE” means the Energy Regulatory Commission.
