Central landfill definition

Central landfill means the central landfill located in Johnston.
Central landfill. “Central Landfill” means the landfill located on a portion of the Landfill Land and that is more fully described in Exhibit A hereto.

  • Landfill means a disposal facility or part of a facility where hazardous waste is placed in or on land and which is not a pile, a land treatment facility, a surface impoundment, an underground injection well, a salt dome formation, a salt bed formation, an underground mine, a cave, or a corrective action management unit.

  • Mine drainage means any drainage, and any water pumped or siphoned, from an active mining area or a post-mining area. The abbreviation “ml/l” means milliliters per liter.
