The contract shall take effect from the date on which the Central Counterparty accepts the request for assignment of the concluded transaction, submitted by any of the parties to the Transaction that refuses to conclude the Standard Contract (Annex 2 to the Medium and Long Term Trading Procedure) with the transaction counterparty.
The RCE as Central Counterparty guarantees through specific risk management mechanisms as well as through the guarantee fund the takeover and delivery of natural gas according to the transaction concluded by another supplier in case of non-compliance with the delivery / takeover conditions induced by a party to the concluded transaction.
