Central Agency definition

Central Agency means the agency operating the National Load Despatch Centre or such other agency as the Central Commission may designate from time to time;

Central Agency means National Load Dispatch Centre (NLDC) as designated by the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission vide order dated 29.01.2010 for the purposes of the REC Regulations.

Central Agency means the agency as may be designated by the Commission under clause (1) of regulation 3;
