Center Equipment definition

Center Equipment means all systems, equipment and fixtures incorporated in the Center used, useful, or necessary to operate the Center including all systems, equipment and fixtures incorporated in the Center, all utility systems serving the Center (other than those serving only a tenant’s leased premises), public art installations, media/signage equipment and security and surveillance items, but excluding any and all Tenant Equipment.
Center Equipment means all systems, equipment and fixtures incorporated in the Center used, useful, or necessary to operate the Center including, without limitation, all systems, equipment and fixtures incorporated in the Premises (excluding the Retail Usage Area), all utility systems serving the Premises up to the point of connection thereto, public art installations, and security and surveillance items, but excluding any and all Tenant/Subtenant Equipment.
Center Equipment means all buildings, equipment, furniture, and software installed and used at the Training Center.

  • Permittee agrees to use the Fitness Center Equipment for the purposes to which such equipment is intended and apparently designed to be used.

  • Note 7: "Enterprise Service Center Equipment" includes all Equipment necessary to operate the Service Centers, including command center consoles, personal computers, monitoring Equipment and printers.

  • Note 8: "Service Component Service Center Equipment" includes all Equipment necessary to operate the individual Service Component Provider Level 1.5 Service Centers not provided by the MSI Service Center.

  • The Center Equipment Manager will leave the block for “1602 Obtained” in Part III (Equipment Management Use Only) of the NF 598 unchecked.

Related to Center Equipment

  • Supplier Equipment means the Supplier's hardware, computer and telecoms devices, equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Supplier (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Customer) in the performance of its obligations under this Call Off Contract;

  • Computer Equipment means Covered Property that is electronic computer or other data processing equipment, including peripherals used in conjunction with such equipment, and electronic media and records.

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • Your Equipment means all equipment located after (downstream of) the point that electricity leaves the Meter at the premises which is used to take supply of or consume electricity except any Electricity Supply Equipment.

  • Standard equipment means the basic configuration of a vehicle which is equipped with all the features that are required under the regulatory acts of the Contracting Party including all features that are fitted without giving rise to any further specifications on configuration or equipment level.

  • Other Equipment is leasehold improvements, intangible property such as computer software and software licenses, equipment specifically designed or manufactured for Borrower, other intangible property, limited use property and other similar property and soft costs approved by Bank, including taxes, shipping, warranty charges, freight discounts and installation expenses.

  • Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.

  • Interconnection equipment means a group of components or an integrated system owned and operated by the interconnection customer that connects an electric generator with a local electric power system, as that term is defined in Section 3.1.6.2 of IEEE Standard 1547, or with the electric distribution system. Interconnection equipment is all interface equipment including switchgear, protective devices, inverters or other interface devices. Interconnection equipment may be installed as part of an integrated equipment package that includes a generator or other electric source.

  • Fixed Equipment means any property affixed in any way to the Licensed Premises existing at the time Notice to Proceed is given, whose removal would damage the Licensed Premises.

  • Metering Equipment means all metering equipment installed at the metering points designated in the appropriate appendix to an Interconnection Service Agreement. Minimum State of Charge:

  • Major Equipment means the items of Equipment listed as such in Attachment G.

  • Operating Equipment means furniture, furnishings, special lighting fixtures, carpeting, draperies, decorations or other special finishing work, signs, appliances and trade fixtures and equipment that is furnished, installed or used by the Contractor in its operations on the Airport. It does not include Fixed Improvements, or repair or maintenance of Operating Equipment or Fixed Improvements or displays or decorations that are of a seasonal or temporary promotional nature.

  • Equipment is all “equipment” as defined in the Code with such additions to such term as may hereafter be made, and includes without limitation all machinery, fixtures, goods, vehicles (including motor vehicles and trailers), and any interest in any of the foregoing.

  • Contractor Equipment means all appliances and things of whatsoever nature (other than temporary works) required for execution and completion of works and remedying of any defects, therein. But does not include plant, materials or other things intended to form or forming part of the permanent works.

  • Leased Equipment means the equipment which may include but not limited to modem provided by TM on lease basis to enable usage of the Service by the Customer, as may be decided by TM from time to time at its sole discretion.

  • New equipment means equipment for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • Designated Equipment means either: (i) a server identified by serial number, or host I.D. on which the Licensed Materials are stored; or (ii) a computer or workstation, as identified by its serial number, host I.D. number or Ethernet address; to which the Licensed Materials are downloaded and Used only upon the issuance of a License Key. The Designated Equipment shall be of a manufacture, make and model, and have the configuration, capacity (i.e., memory/disk), operating software version level, and pre- requisite and co-requisite applications, prescribed in the Documentation as necessary or desirable for the operation of the Software.

  • Systems and Equipment means any plant, machinery, transformers, duct work, cable, wires, and other equipment, facilities, and systems designed to supply heat, ventilation, air conditioning and humidity or any other services or utilities, or comprising or serving as any component or portion of the electrical, gas, steam, plumbing, sprinkler, communications, alarm, security, or fire/life/safety systems or equipment, or any other mechanical, electrical, electronic, computer or other systems or equipment for the Property.

  • Building Equipment shall have the meaning set forth in the Security Instrument.

  • Analytical x-ray equipment means equipment used for x-ray diffraction or fluorescence analysis.

  • Equipment Room means a space intended for the operation of pool pumps, filters, heaters and controllers.

  • Fixtures and Equipment means, with respect to any Person, all of the furniture, fixtures, furnishings, machinery and equipment owned or leased by such Person and located in, at or upon the Assets of such Person.

  • Existing Equipment means equipment, machines, devices or installations that are in operation prior to September 23, 1970.

  • School equipment means a durable school-owned machine, equipment, or tool used by a student as part of an activity, course, or program in a secondary school and includes a saw or 3D printer. “School equipment” includes a saw or 3D printer.

  • Contractor’s Equipment means all apparatus, machinery, vehicles and other things required for the execution and completion of the Works and the remedying of any defects. However, Contractor’s Equipment excludes Temporary Works, Employer’s Equipment (if any), Plant, Materials and any other things intended to form or forming part of the Equipment.

  • Electrical equipment means underground equipment that contains dielectric fluid that is necessary for the operation of equipment such as transformers and buried electrical cable.
