Cell Sites definition

Cell Sites means with respect to the ACS Contributing Group or the GCI Contributing Group, as applicable, the assets located at a location that radiates radio frequency signals within one or more of the FCC granted Spectrum licenses held by such Contributing Group or in a band designated for unlicensed use and intended to connect to voice or data bearing devices; for this purpose the assets located at such a location generally consist of antennas, coax, distributed antenna systems, radio access node electronics, batteries and associated power equipment, power connections and telecommunications network connections and where present a tower or a shelter and used for the Company’s Wireless Business.
Cell Sites means all: (a) cell site towers, fixtures, base stations and equipment; (b) microwave towers, fixtures and equipment; (c) transmitting or receiving equipment; (d) antennae; (e) equipment or facilities over which Traffic is carried between cell sites and the associated Switch; and (f) any other hardware or software and ancillary and related equipment and facilities used in connection with items (a) through (e) above. The term Cell Sites shall not include any Switch or FCC Licenses.
Cell Sites shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.26.

Examples of Cell Sites in a sentence

  • Cell Sites being accessed via private road easement must include proof of access to a publicly maintained road for the purpose of the cell facility.

  • If Divesting Defendants are incorrect, and have not cured within ten (10) days, on more than ten (10) percent of Cell Sites in any three 180-day Cell Site forecasts, the penalty shall increase to $100,000 per incorrect Cell Site for which the Acquiring Defendant exercised its option to acquire such Cell Site starting on the fourth 180-day Cell Site forecast that is incorrect on at least ten (10) percent of Cell Sites and continuing at that level for any penalties imposed pursuant to this Paragraph.

  • Cell Sites being proposed on a parcel with an existing SFD or other structure being serviced by a septic system must provide a certified as-built Plan for the parcel.

  • Divesting Defendants shall assign or transfer any rights that are assignable or transferrable and are useful for Acquiring Defendant to deploy infrastructure on the Decommissioned Cell Sites and will waive or terminate any rights Divesting Defendants may have to impede or prevent Acquiring Defendant from doing so.

  • As soon as reasonably possible after making Decommissioned Cell Sites available to the Acquiring Defendant, Divesting Defendants shall also make any Decommissioned transport-related equipment (including microwave backhaul gear and network switches) on such cell sites available for purchase by the Acquiring Defendant.

  • Divesting Defendants shall Decommission unnecessary Cell Sites promptly.

  • Divesting Defendants shall make all Cell Sites Decommissioned by Divesting Defendants within five (5) years of the closing of the divestiture of the Prepaid Assets, which shall not be fewer than 20,000 Cell Sites, available to Acquiring Defendant immediately after such Decommissioning.

  • For purposes of this Paragraph, the Divestiture Assets shall not include any Decommissioned Cell Sites or Decommissioned Retail Locations as to which the Acquiring Defendant declined its option to acquire the assets.

  • A meta-analysis of twenty-five samples, across seventeen studies, demonstrated that mechanical methods of predicting advancement at work, supervisor ratings and training performance outperformed expert human judgment (Kuncel 2013).

Related to Cell Sites

  • Cell Site means a transmitter/receiver location, operated by a CMRS provider, through which radio links are established between a wireless system and a Wireless Phone Handset.

  • Sites means the area(s) upon or in which the construction work is carried on, and such other areas adjacent thereto as may be designated by the Commissioner.

  • School Site means the land set aside for each type of school, such as Elementary, Junior High, Senior High operated by the School Board, including but not limited to municipal school reserve;

  • Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.

  • Hotel Site means the real property on which the Hotel is located or to be located, as approved by us.

  • Archaeological site means a geographic locality in Washington, including but not limited to, submerged and submersible lands and the bed of the sea within the state's jurisdiction, that contains archaeological objects.

  • The Works/Project means the works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • The Site, where applicable, means the designated project place(s) named in the bidding document.

  • Radiation therapy simulation system means a radiographic or fluoroscopic x-ray system intended for localizing the volume to be exposed during radiation therapy and confirming the position and size of the therapeutic irradiation field.

  • Contractor Software means software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Disposal site means that portion of a land disposal facility that is used for disposal of waste. It consists of disposal units and a buffer zone.

  • Site means the place or places where the permanent Works are to be carried out including workshops where the same is being prepared.

  • Infrastructure Improvements means a street, road, sidewalk, parking facility, pedestrian mall, alley, bridge, sewer, sewage treatment plant, property designed to reduce, eliminate, or prevent the spread of identified soil or groundwater contamination, drainage system, waterway, waterline, water storage facility, rail line, utility line or pipeline, transit-oriented development, transit-oriented property, or other similar or related structure or improvement, together with necessary easements for the structure or improvement, owned or used by a public agency or functionally connected to similar or supporting property owned or used by a public agency, or designed and dedicated to use by, for the benefit of, or for the protection of the health, welfare, or safety of the public generally, whether or not used by a single business entity, provided that any road, street, or bridge shall be continuously open to public access and that other property shall be located in public easements or rights-of-way and sized to accommodate reasonably foreseeable development of eligible property in adjoining areas. Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Marijuana testing facility means an entity licensed to analyze and certify the safety and potency of marijuana.

  • Student-Generated Content means materials or content created by a student in the services including, but not limited to, essays, research reports, portfolios, creative writing, music or other audio files, photographs, videos, and account information that enables ongoing ownership of student content.

  • Clean coal technology demonstration project means a project using funds appropriated under the heading “Department of Energy—Clean Coal Technology,” up to a total amount of $2,500,000,000 for commercial demonstration of clean coal technology, or similar projects funded through appropriations for the Environmental Protection Agency. The federal contribution for a qualifying project shall be at least 20 percent of the total cost of the demonstration project.

  • User Generated Content means content in any format, including graphics, text, or voice content, which originates from end users or Customers and is published through or as part of the App.

  • Customer Site means the site owned or leased by the Customer or any other site used to provide the Service, which is directly connected to a PoP managed by Liquid Telecom, as set out in the COF;

  • Regulated Materials means any hazardous, toxic or dangerous waste, substance or material, the generation, handling, storage, disposal, treatment or emission of which is subject to any Environmental Law.

  • Critical infrastructure means existing and proposed systems and assets, whether physical or virtual, the incapacity or destruction of which would negatively affect security, economic security, public health or safety, or any combination of those matters.++

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • Wastewater Treatment Works means an arrangement of devices and structures for treating wastewater, industrial wastes, and sludge. Sometimes used as synonymous with "waste treatment plant" or "wastewater treatment plant" or "pollution control plant".

  • Contaminated site means a site where there is a confirmed presence, caused by man, of hazardous substances of such a level that they pose a significant risk to human health or the environment taking into account current and approved future use of the land;

  • Offsite means located outside the lot lines of the lot in question

  • Commercial Software means Software developed or regularly used that: (i) has been sold, leased, or licensed to the general public; (ii) has been offered for sale, lease, or license to the general public; (iii) has not been offered, sold, leased, or licensed to the public but will be available for commercial sale, lease, or license in time to satisfy the delivery requirements of this Contract; or (iv) satisfies a criterion expressed in (i), (ii), or (iii) above and would require only minor modifications to meet the requirements of this Contract.

  • Geologically hazardous areas means areas that because of their susceptibility to erosion, sliding, earthquake, or other geological events, are not suited to the siting of commercial, residential, or industrial development consistent with public health or safety concerns.
