CEC has the meaning set forth in the preamble hereof.

CEC and “Energy Commission” means the California Energy Commission.

CEC means the California Energy Commission or its successor agency. “Commercial Operation Date” means the date on which the Facility is operating and is in compliance with applicable interconnection and system protection requirements, and able to produce and deliver energy to PG&E pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. “Contract Year” means a period of twelve (12) consecutive months with the first Contract Year commencing on the first day of the month immediately following the Initial Energy Delivery Date and each subsequent Contract Year commencing on the anniversary of the Initial Energy Delivery Date.

CEC means California’s State Energy Resources Conservation and Development Commission, also known as the California Energy Commission, and any successor agency thereto.
