CDSL means Central Depository Services (India) Ltd.

  • Once the said balance is blocked as aforesaid, CDSL shall not permit any debits or creation of any pledge or hypothecation in respect of the blocked securities pending rematerialisation.

  • Such statement of accounts shall be provided to the Beneficial Owner in the form specified in Operating Instructions or as communicated by CDSL from time to time.
