CDOR Rate Loans definition

CDOR Rate Loans means any Loans or portion thereof on which interest is payable by reference to the CDOR Rate in accordance with the terms hereof.
CDOR Rate Loans any Loan bearing interest at a rate based on the CDOR Rate.
CDOR Rate Loans. All or any portion of the Canadian Term Loan bearing interest calculated by reference to the CDOR Rate. CERCLA. See (Section)8.15.

  • All computations of interest for Base Rate Loans when the Base Rate is determined by the Prime Rate, all computations of interest for Canadian Base Rate Loans and all computations of interest for CDOR Rate Loans shall be made on the basis of a year of 365 or 366 days, as applicable, and actual days elapsed.

  • Initial Canadian Term Loans may be Canadian Prime Rate Loans or CDOR Rate Loans, as further provided herein.

  • Loans made under this Section 2.1 that are denominated in Canadian Dollars shall be CDOR Rate Loans, subject, however, to Sections 2.4(c) and 2.12.

  • Upon receipt of such notice, each Canadian Borrower shall, upon demand from the Canadian Lender (with a copy to the US Borrower), prepay or, if applicable, convert all such CDOR Rate Loans to Canadian Prime Rate Loans, either on the last day of the Interest Period therefor, if the Canadian Lender may lawfully continue to maintain such CDOR Rate Loans to such day, or immediately, if the Canadian Lender may not lawfully continue to maintain such CDOR Rate Loans.

  • All computations of interest for U.S. Base Rate Loans (when the U.S. Base Rate is determined by reference to the U.S. Prime Rate), Canadian Prime Rate Loans and CDOR Rate Loans shall be made on the basis of a year of 365 or 366 days, as the case may be, and actual days elapsed.

  • Thereafter, the obligation of the Canadian Lender to make or maintain CDOR Rate Loans shall be suspended until the Canadian Lender revokes such notice.

  • Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, (i) all Interest Periods applicable to Euro-Dollar Rate Loans, CDOR Rate Loans and Bid Loans shall comply with the definition of “Interest Period,” and (ii) there may be no more than ten different Interest Periods for all Euro-Dollar Rate Loans, CDOR Rate Loans and Bid Loans outstanding at any one time.

  • Eurocurrency Revolving Loan means any Revolving Facility Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Adjusted LIBO Rate in accordance with the provisions of Article II.

  • Fixed Rate Loan means a Competitive Loan bearing interest at a Fixed Rate.

  • Reference Rate Loan means each portion of a Loan that bears interest at a rate determined by reference to the Reference Rate.

  • LIBOR Loan means a Loan or any portion thereof bearing interest by reference to the LIBOR Rate.
