CD Rate Loans means Loans that bear interest at rates based upon the CD Rate.
CD Rate Loans means the loans described in Section 2.01(d)(iii) which bear interest at a rate based on the CD Rate. A "Change of Control" shall be deemed to have occurred if (a) the Cox Family and Cox Xxxerprises shall cease at any time to own directly or indirectly Capital Stock of the Company carrying at least 50.1% of the voting power of all the outstanding voting stock of the Company, (b) any Person or group of Persons other than the Cox Family, Cox Xxxerprises and Persons Controlled by them shall have the right or ability, directly or indirectly, to cause the election of a majority of the directors of the Company, (c) the Cox Xxxily shall cease at any time to own directly or indirectly at least 50.1% of the outstanding voting stock of Cox Xxxerprises, or (d) any Person or group of Persons other than the Cox Family shall have the right or ability, directly or indirectly, to cause the election of a majority of the directors of Cox Xxxerprises.
CD Rate Loans means those Loans which may be made under this Agreement and which are described in Section 2.01(e)(i) on which the Company shall pay interest at a rate based on the CD Rate.
More Definitions of CD Rate Loans
CD Rate Loans. Loans as to which the applicable rate of interest is based upon the CD Rate.
CD Rate Loans. Revolving Credit Loans at such time as they are made and/or are being maintained at a rate of interest based upon the Adjusted CD Rate.
CD Rate Loans means Loans bearing interest at rates determined by reference to the Adjusted Certificate of Deposit Rate as provided in subsection 2.3.A.
CD Rate Loans means Loans at such time as they are being made and/or maintained at a rate of interest based on the CD Rate. CD Rate Loans. Loans the interest on which is determined on the basis of rates referred to in clause (b) of the definition of "Fixed Base Rate" in this Article 1.
