The Company, on behalf of the Borrowers, shall select the rate of interest and Interest Period, if any, applicable to any Loan at the time a Notice of Borrowing is given or at the time a Notice of Conversion/Continuation is given pursuant to Section 4.2. Any Loan or any portion thereof as to which the Company has not duly specified an interest rate as provided herein shall be deemed a CD Rate Loan.
The interest rate applicable to each LIBOR Rate Loan, CD Rate Loan and Base Rate Loan, and (to the extent applicable) after the maturity of any other type of Loan, the interest rate applicable to such Loan, shall change simultaneously with each change in the LIBOR Rate, the CD Rate or the Base Rate, as applicable.
Any such written request by the Company for Alternate Base Rate Loans or a CD Rate Loan under this Section 2.01(e) shall be irrevocable and, in order to be effective, must be delivered to the Administrative Agent not less than one Business Day prior to the Required Prepayment Date.
Each Loan shall be made by notice to Lender (stating the Type Loan, the amount of the Loan, the date of the Loan and the Interest Period for the Loan) not later than 11:30 a.m., Dallas time, given by Borrower to Lender (i) as to any Eurodollar Rate Loan, at least two (2) Business Days prior to the date of such Type Loan, (ii) as to any CD Rate Loan, at least one (1) Business Day prior to the date of such Type Loan, and (iii) as to any Agreed Rate Loan and any Prime Rate Loan, on the day of such Type Loan.
The unpaid principal balance of each Loan outstanding from time to time as a CD Rate Loan shall bear interest during each Interest Period at the CD Rate for such CD Rate Loan plus the percentage, if any, set forth in the "Interest Rate Options" section of this Note.
