CCOS Performance Data Accuracy Code definition

CCOS Performance Data Accuracy Code means the document known as the CCOS Performance Data Accuracy Code;
CCOS Performance Data Accuracy Code means, subject to Condition A1.1(g), the code relating to the standards of performance data accuracy entitled "CCOS Performance Data Accuracy Code";

  • Green Tag Reporting Rights means the right of a purchaser of renewable energy to report ownership of accumulated “green tags” in compliance with and to the extent permitted by applicable Law and include, without limitation, rights under Section 1605(b) of the Energy Policy Act of 1992, and any present or future federal, state or local certification program or emissions trading program, including pursuant to the WREGIS Operating Rules.

The Committee may appropriately adjust any evaluation of performance under a Qualifying Performance Criteria to exclude any of the following events that occurs during a performance period: (A) asset write-downs; (B) litigation or claim judgments or settlements; (C) the effect of changes in tax law, accounting principles or other such laws or provisions affecting reported results; (D) accruals for reorganization and restructuring programs; and (E) any gains or losses classified as extraordinary or as discontinued operations in the Company’s financial statements.
