CCAA Proceedings definition

CCAA Proceedings means the proceedings commenced by the Applicant under the CCAA as contemplated by the Initial Order;

CCAA Proceedings means the proceedings commenced pursuant to the CCAA by a Court Order issued on January 27, 2015, bearing Court File No. 500-11-048114-157;

CCAA Proceedings means the proceedings commenced by the Petitioners under the CCAA on the Filing Date in Supreme Court of British Columbia Action No. S197744, Vancouver Registry;

Examples of CCAA Proceedings in a sentence

• If any dispute arises with respect to the interpretation or enforcement of this Agreement, including as to what constitutes a breach or material breach of this Agreement for the purposes of Article 9, such dispute shall be determined by the Court within the CCAA Proceedings, or by such other Person or in such other manner as the Court may direct.
